At Melancholy Mutants, most of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify’s network of third-party print providers. Below are the details regarding shipping within the United States.

At this time we only ship to the United States.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify’s print providers, typically within 2-7 business days after the order is placed.
  • Fulfillment times may vary based on product type, order volume, and provider location.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Once fulfilled, orders are shipped using the most efficient carrier available. Estimated delivery times are:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after fulfillment.
    • Expedited Shipping: If available, estimated at 2-4 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the item, destination, and selected shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
  • Printify partners with various shipping carriers, and delivery timelines may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but is not received, please check with the local carrier before reaching out to our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments

  • Incorrect Addresses: Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Melancholy Mutants and Printify are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Sticker orders are generally shipped out 1 to 5 days after an order is placed.
