We work with Printify to create our products except stickers. Stickers are printed by a third party and shipped in-house. 

Reprint Policy

All Printify products are made to order, meaning each item is uniquely crafted upon purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was selected or if the order was placed in error.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to reasonably resolving the issue. To submit a problem, open the email you received after your order was delivered and click the link or button to rate your experience. On that page click the Report a Problem button and follow the prompts. You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery providing clear photographic evidence of the defect.

If a reprint cannot resolve your issue and a refund is deemed appropriate, the funds will be issued as store credit. 

Policy Details

  • If multiple items with the same design are affected, additional photos or videos displaying all defective products in one frame may be required.
  • Incorrect size or color selections are not eligible for refunds or replacements. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, customers may opt for a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.
  • For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a 0.5" variation in print placement is within acceptable industry standards and is not considered a defect.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow the instructions above as soon as possible so we can assist you accordingly.
